The Bottom Line

As COVID-19 spreads throughout the U.S., LTC providers face unique challenges to keep their high-risk residents safe. In an effort to fully understand the challenges SNFs are currently facing as a result of the virus, we’d like readers to complete a survey to tell us about their challenges.

In order to aid home health and LTC providers as they navigate COVID-19, we have also launched a Post Acute Care Coronavirus response page to provide resources and solutions. Key survey findings will be shared on our Coronavirus Solution Center.

The proposed rule is another step in lowering drug costs for seniors, increasing competition, and further advancing the agency’s efforts to strengthen and modernize the popular MA and Part D programs.
